Please read our Welcome Letter.

Each athlete must have a completed Application for Participation (AFP) prior to participating in our Special Olympics Program. Please print this form and have it completed by your physician: Athlete Physical. A completed application is valid for three years.

Bring the completed form to any practice or email to info@skagitspecialo.org.

Once you turn in your physical form, you may participate in Special Olympics practices and competitions.

Schedules are available once facilities are secured from school districts or the YMCA. We will post these schedules once approved by school districts and Special Olympics Washington.
